CONTRACT NAME AND DESCRIPTION: Provision of Accommodation and Conference Facilities - Framework Contract

  1. The Kenya Law Reform Commission invites sealed tenders for the Provision of Accommodation and Conference Facilities under Framework contract for a period of one-year renewable upon satisfactory performance.

  2. Tendering will be conducted under Open National Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers.

  3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours 0900 to1500 hours at the Procurement Office, Reinsurance Plaza 3rd floor Room 315.

  4. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the Website(s) http://www.klrc.go.ke or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to This email address is being protected from spambots.   5. The Tenderer shall chronologically serialize all pages of the tender documents submitted.

  6. Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 9th May, 2023 at 11.00 A.M. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.

  7. Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives who choose to attend at the address below.

  8. Late tenders will be rejected.
