Kathurima M’Inoti is the Chairman, Kenya Law Reform Commission.
 
He holds a Bachelor and Master of law degrees from the University of Nairobi, Kenya. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. Prior to his appointment to the Law Reform Commission he was in private legal practice in Nairobi for thirteen years specialising in constitutional litigation.

He is also a former lecturer in the Department of Public Law at the University of Nairobi.

Mr M’Inoti is a Commissioner of the International commission of Jurists, Geneva Switzerland and a member of the Executive Committees of the Commonwealth Association of Law Reform Agencies (CALRAs) and the Association of Law Reform Agencies of Eastern and Southern Africa (ALRAESA).

He has served in international missions as a trial observer, election observer and human rights status evaluator for the International Commission of Jurists and Amnesty International.
