Article 1: Interpretation of Terms
“Act” means the Kenya Law Reform Commission Act, No. 19 of 2013;
“Chairperson” means the Chairperson of the Commission appointed pursuant to sections 8 and 11 of the Act includes any other member of the Commission for the time being discharging the functions of the chairperson;
“Commission” means the Kenya Law Reform Commission established under section 4 of the Act;
“Commissioner” means a member of the Commission appointed in accordance with sections 8 and 11 of the Act; and
“Registrable interest” includes the interests listed in the Second Schedule of the Leadership and Integrity Act, 2012.
